I popped into Bal Harbour last week with Vlad. Typically I love going there. But it was just one of those days. You know the days where you think your pants look too tight, your shirt is riding up, your skin is not looking fresh? Yep, I was having that day. So after a not-so-great experience in Neiman Marcus (come on, you NEVER TELL A LADY SHE NEEDS AN OIL STABILIZER on a day over 100 degrees and humid!) we made our way to Louis Vuitton. The Louis Vuitton Bal Harbour store is always welcoming, has great SA’s, and has a stunning array of bags. Unfortunately, my favorite SA was not in that day, so I didn’t buy anything. But I did notice this Azur piece and I really took a liking to it. The Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Saleya GM is the perfect size, 18.1″ x 12.9″ x 9.4″, for the lady who means business every day. The exterior zip pocket caught my eye. I would easily throw some papers in there, my phone, and when traveling my passport. We all know I am an avid traveler that seems to misplace my passport in large handbags from time to time . The inside also sports a patch pocket and cell phone pocket and impeccably delightful honey microfiber lining. There is a zipper closure so even if you roll over, your goods won’t be flying out. For $1,180 I am in love.

Remember when we spotted Cameron Diaz leaving the gym, with her ever-tight abs, legs, buttocks, arms, and thighs? Oh yeah, I mean sporting a stunning nylon bag? Now eLuxury is ready to let all of you indulge in the Tod’s Nylon bags. I absolutely love the Tod’s Luna Nylon Media Bag because you can spill, run in the rain, throw it around, and it will still maintain its shape, color, and will not get ruined. That is the great thing about nylon, it does not get ruined very easily. I adore the patent leather trim, tonal topstitching, and lots of polished gold hardware found on the three patent trimmed outside zip pockets. The round stud detailing also adds an extra kick. Adjusting from 11″ to 17″, the shoulder strap can be slung low to wear a-la-Cameron-Diaz. Dimensions are large, measuring 15.75″x 11.5″x 4.75″. So I love this bag for a no-hassle no-worry everyday bag. But I am still not sure the price is justifiable. Even at $600 I may budge, but what do you think of just under $900? Too much or worth it?

There was a time when I was certain the Hermes Diamond Crocodile Birkin was superfluous and one of the most, if not THE most, expensive bag in the world (costing $140,000). A stunning piece of art, this bag puts the spotlight on 2,182 diamonds totaling 208 carats. This creation was put on display in a fashion show in Tokyo. If you are really interested in buying, I am sure you could, but I will just be a looker. And we all thought that $3,000 on a handbag was pushing the envelope .

We should all be able to agree on three facts about THE Donald Trump. 1) He is a brilliant business man. 2) His hair is horrible. Let’s just get that out in the open. 3) His daughter is beautiful and stylish, Ivanka that is. I am fairly confident that we can all agree on the three facts above. Over the weekend, Ivanka and her friend were dressed to impress while shopping in NYC. Granted, Ivanka could use a tad extra fabric in the bust area, but her outfit overall was stylishly chic and meticulously put together. Paired with her cream colored wrap around dress, Ivanka toted a red Chanel Luxury Ligne Bowler. Chanel accessories are fashion staples in their own right, designed to be simple and timeless. The Chanel Luxury Ligne Bowler adds sass to an outfit without looking seasonal-trendy, which of course is what any Chanel-clad lady is attempting to steer away from. While Donald may not know when to close his mouth or how to style his hair, he did a great job on his daughter.
